Atlantis Charter School Announces New Competency Determination Policy Following Statewide MCAS Change March 2025 – Following the recent statewide ballot decision to eliminate MCAS as a Competency Determination (CD) requirement for high school graduation, Atlantis Charter School has established a new CD policy in compliance with Massachusetts state law (G.L. c. 69 1D(i)). This change applies to the Class of 2025 and all future graduating classes. January 2025 Dear Atlantis Families, It is hard to believe that the quarter will close on Friday, January 24th! Please make sure students are turning in all of their assignments and completing make up work (if they were absent). STAR Testing: Guiding Students Toward Achievement! All K-6 School Students will take their mid-year STAR Assessments on Wednesday, January 8th. Please make sure your student has a great breakfast and comes to school ready to try their best! Additionally, Chromebook should come to school charged. December 2024 Dear Atlantis Families, With the holiday season upon us, we have many exciting events happening within our school! This past weekend, our Chorus participated in the Fall River Children’s Holiday Parade. Thank you to all of our students, parent volunteers, and staff who participated.
