Operates 2:45–5:30 PM on registered days. Students must be picked up by 5:30 PM.

2:45- 4:45:

Monday-Thursday: Physical activities, arts & crafts, cooperative play, and playground time.

Fridays: Choice-based activities.

4:45–5:30 PM: Lexia and Symphony Math on Chromebooks. Homework is not completed during the program.

Registration via MySchoolBucks.

Status can be accepted, waitlisted, or rejected (e.g., for unpaid balances or prior program removal).

Accepted students must start within one week or lose their spot.

Fees are annual, divided into 10 monthly payments (September–June):

  • $180 for 5 days/week
  • $140 for 4 days/week
  • $110 for 3 days/week
  • $75 for 2 days/week
  • $40 for 1 day/week

Late payment fee: $35, which may result in temporary suspension or permanent removal after repeated offenses.

Students must participate in activities or read quietly.

Disciplinary measures:

  • Warning and redirection.
  • Time-out for 5 minutes.
  • Call home for immediate pick-up.
  • Suspension after repeated issues, with possible permanent removal.

  • Closures: Program runs only on full school days; no charge for closures on half days or no-school days.
  • Snacks: Provided daily (one fruit, one drink, one snack).
  • Personal Belongings: Students must manage their items; staff are not responsible for lost items.
  • Cell Phones: Must remain in backpacks during program hours.
