Community organizations can rent school spaces after hours and on weekends for civic, cultural, or recreational events. Available rental areas include the gymnasium, main turf field, cafeterias, and classrooms.

Key Rental Requirements:

• Rental Seasons: Applications open year-round based on four distinct seasons.
• Minimum Hours: All facility rentals require a 2-hour minimum.
• Deposit Fee: A 50% deposit is due within 14 days of invoicing.
• Insurance Mandate: Applicants must provide a $1,000,000 liability insurance certificate.
• Police Detail: Mandatory for any event expecting 250+ total attendees.
• Form Submission Contacts: Email completed forms to the Athletics Director and Chief Financial Officer.
