The Atlantis 360 Fund is in full swing as the new year begins.
Donations have been steadily coming in since Atlantis launched the annual fund in November.
“We know that November and December are busy months for families, and that is why we are so grateful so many people found the time to support Atlantis,” said George Jacome, Development Director for the Atlantis Educational Foundation. “Your gift will give Atlantis students tools and resources they can use to build skills and knowledge needed to succeed in college and 21st century careers.”
The fund provides discretionary funds that will support academic programming, technology, the arts, faculty development, and new initiatives throughout the year. It bridges the gap between what the State provides and the true cost of creating an education that is second-to-none.
Jacome hopes to see donations to the Atlantis 360 fund increase even more as the pace of life returns to normal following the holiday rush.
This year’s goal is an ambitious $100,000. To reach the goal, every gift counts regardless of whether you can donate $5, $50, or $500.
“We appreciate every donation small or large because every dollar we raise allows us to continue to provide our students with a solid academic foundation on which to build a successful future,” said Robert Beatty, executive director of Atlantis. “A gift to the Atlantis 360 Fund gives children hope and opportunity.”
